Creative Minds offers Paid Internship Program (PIP) and Competitive Integrated Employment (CIE) to assist those with disabilities to gain real-life work experience. Both programs provide training to develop skills and experience to enter the job market.

Vocational Skills
The goal of CIE/PIP program is to gain real life experience and skills that will help the Trainee obtain and maintain employment within their community. The Trainee will be responsible assisting in all areas of Creative Minds’ daily operations that include, but not limited to, food pantry program, facility maintenance, front desk/administrative assistance, service technician, and reporting.
