Creative Minds ADP, founded in 2008, is the brainchild of Liana Aidinova, a dedicated professional with extensive experience in working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Liana recognized the limited choices available to service recipients in terms of day services and was driven to create a solution that would empower individuals to lead more fulfilling lives as active members of their communities.
On November 3, 2008, Creative Minds opened its doors, marking the beginning of a new era in supporting individuals with disabilities. One of the unique aspects of Creative Minds is that its services are determined in collaboration with the individuals served and their circle of support. This person-centered approach ensures that supports and services are tailored to the specific needs, preferences, and goals of each individual.
Conveniently located at 6045 Woodman Avenue, Van Nuys, California, Creative Minds ADP is proud to be a vendor providing a range of services. Our services include:
- Adult Day Program: Engaging activities and skill-building opportunities to promote personal growth and community integration.
- Transportation: Safe and reliable transportation services for program participants.
- Independent Living Services: Assistance and resources to foster independence and enhance daily living skills.
- Supported Living Services: Individualized support to help individuals live independently within their communities.
- Money Management: Financial guidance and support to promote financial literacy and independence.
- Tailored Day Program: Customized programs designed to meet the unique needs and interests of individuals.
- CIE/PIP: Vocational training program to support service recipients with building employment skills.

Throughout the years, Creative Minds ADP has witnessed tremendous growth and increased capacity. The exceptional quality of our services has enabled us to expand from serving eight individuals with developmental disabilities to now supporting over 200 individuals in just fifteen years.
